Genomic Survey and Cold-Induced Expression Patterns of bHLH Transcription Factors in Liriodendron chinense (Hemsl) Sarg.

bHLH transcription factors play an animated role in the plant kingdom during growth and development, responses to various abiotic stress. In this current study, we conducted, genome-wide survey of Liriodendron chinense (Hemsl) Sarg., 91 LcbHLH family members were identified. Identified gene grouped into 19 different subfamilies based on conserved motifs phylogenetic analysis. Our results showed that genes clustered same subfamily exhibited a similar conservative exon-intron pattern. Hydrophilicity value analysis all proteins hydrophilic. The Molecular weight (Mw) ranged from 10.19 kD (LcbHLH15) 88.40 (LcbHLH50). A greater proportion, ~63%, had theoretical isoelectric point (pI) less than seven. Additional collinear relationships within species among dissimilar illustrated tandem fragment duplication are foremost amplification evolution process, they purified selected. RNA-seq real-time quantitative PCR expression LcbHLH35, 55, 86 up-regulated, LcbHLH9, 20, 39, 54, 56, 69 is down-regulated cold stress treatments while LcbHLH24 was up-regulated short term then later down-regulated. From our results, concluded might participate cold-responsive processes L. chinense. These findings provide basic information their regulatory roles development response.
